Hi, I’m Qilin Miao
Founder of Ria Linde & Co
I’ve spent 20 years building my career in Europe, at three leading multinational companies across three different industries. As an Asian woman in rooms often led by men, I became a Senior Director twelve years after business school, all while raising my child, who is now a teenager.
It was not easy
There were long nights, hard choices, and many moments I wondered if I would ever make it, at work or at home. I often lacked trusted resources and time, and I was afraid of being judged for sharing my ambitions and my struggles. Most of what I learned, I learned the hard way.

What I do today
I don’t believe any woman should have to do it alone. With the right plan, practical tools, and people in your corner, you can build a career, a family, financial security and a life that feels like your own.
Today, with an MBA and iPEC coaching certification, I help women remove the inner and outer blocks that stand between them and their goals, from self-doubt, guilt and fear of judgment to bias, missing networks and never enough time.
Why Ria Linde & Co
Ria means river. Linde is the linden tree, where European villages have gathered for centuries to talk, celebrate and look after one another. Its first sound echoes “Lin” (林), the Chinese word for forest, a quiet bridge between my Asian roots and my life in Europe.
Like a river, ambitious women keep moving forward. Like the forest, we grow stronger when we grow together. And “& Co” is you, and every woman walking beside you.
